  1. Ferretti Group To Have Five World Premieres At Cannes

The 2018 Cannes Yachting Festival is about to kick off next week and the Ferretti group is going to make their presence felt. With 25 vessels expected to be displayed across the group's brands at the show, five of them will be world premieres. We will take a glance at these five new vessels on offer. The Ferretti Group is displaying the Ferretti 670, Riva 110 Dolcevita, Riva 66 Ribelle, Custom Line 120 as well as the Custom Line Navetta 42.
  2. The Ferretti 670 flybridge yacht is an improvement of previous models in her size bracket and offers better space-saving layouts and design details purpose-made to enhance the live-aboard experience. The Flybridge is an area onboard that will see alot of traffic with a large corner settee with table on the starboard side, large sunpadded area up front and helm station to the port, the area is shaded in part by a stylish hard top. Another popular area will be on the bow and this takes relaxation to a new level with the sheer number of built-in padded areas. The exterior design of the Ferretti 670 is by the Ferretti Group in collaboration with Filippo Salvetti and the interior is in-house work by Ferretti. This yacht comes with power options from MAN. MAN V8 1000 should see a 28 knot top speed and a range of 290 nautical miles. With the MAN V8 1200 estimates are for a 32-knot top end with a range at around 270 nautical miles. Onboard the yacht can take as many as four guest cabins.
  3. The Riva brand is synonymous with style, flair and Italian boating heritage and one of their new yachts will be coming to the Cannes Yachting Festival next week. The Riva 110 Dolcevita has its design from Officina Italiana Design with interior design in-house by Ferretti Group as well as Officina Italiana Design. The exterior design further builds on the flowing lines of the 100' Corsaro. Characterized by a super sporty profile, the Riva 110' exhibits a large window in the hull with integrated porthole and, on deck, a long glass ceiling that stretches along the entire living room and it is formed by glass framed in stainless steel. The natural light filled main-deck interiors are thanks to large windows on either side which also provide excellent views to the exterior and beyond. For guests the lower deck boasts four doubles and the owner gets a full-beam master suite on the forward main deck. Power is via a pair of MTU 16V 2000 M96Ls which allow for a top speed of 26-knots and a range in the region of 430 nautical miles.
  4. Riva will also have the 66 Ribelle on show making its debut in 2018. A product of collaboration between Officina Italiana Design, the Strategic Product Committee and Ferretti Group Engineering Department, it will be built at the storied Sarnico shipyard. Unprecedented novelties will join the brand’s distinctive features in a boat whose very name demonstrates the desire to break the mold. More of this beautiful yacht will be seen at the show.
  5. Custom Line will also be represented with the Custom Line 120 and the Navetta 42. The 120 is beautiful, length to beam ratio is good as well as sculptural facets of the exterior design by Francesco Paszkowski Design. The interior is also by Paszkowski in concert with the Ferretti Group. Built in GRP materials the yacht is actually closer to 125-feet LOA. She is carrying dual MTU 16V 2000 M96L with enough power for a top speed of 25-knots and a range of 420 nautical miles from 16,300 LT tank capacity. Five guest cabins can be fitted onboard.
  6. The Navetta 42 on the other hand is more superyacht like of all the vessels on display with features like sideloading/transverse tender garage, massive full-size sundeck, large jacuzzi, big semi-displacement hull and transatlantic range of over 3,000 nautical miles. A huge suite on the main deck is reserved for the owner, who can opt for four VIP suites or five standard en-suite cabins to accommodate guests thanks to the versatile layout of the lower deck. The design incorporates Studio Zuccon International Project, Ferretti Group’s Product Strategy Committee, and the Group’s Engineering Department joining forces to design the yacht, the first in the history of the brand. It should be a fantastic display at the 2018 Cannes Yachting Festival for the Ferretti Group.
