She fully exploits the WallyPower line concept to integrate design and function, and combines large interior volumes with high performance, sea keeping, and wide open air areas. The 64 WallyPower features the unique and marked characteristics of the Wally motor yacht models.
The glass superstructure, a unique and distinctive feature of the Wallypower line offers shelter and protection to the cockpit and living areas. It can be closed via an aft folding door. Under the glass superstructure, the navigation and control station is to starboard. The central social area features to starboard a 6-8 person dining table and to port a lounge with a coffee table that can be converted into a second large dining table...
New Launch: Benetti 60-meter "Amnesia"
It's hard to believe that Benetti shipyard is preparing to celebrate the delivery of the new 60m, FB245, the third yacht to be commissioned by the same ship owner, at the prefabrication factory of the same Business Unit in Livorno the first blocks of the future Amnesia, FB252, are already under way and being built. In the meantime the preparations for the delivery are raging, totally adhering to the times dictated two years ago by the ship owner, and on Saturday 9th February the launch of FB245 took place.
FB245 was begot from the collaboration between Benetti, which entirely developed the external shape and the English studio, Redman Whiteley and Dixon which handled the indoors section. Aware of the success of the boat which came before, the new Amnesia was able to go still further without losing sight of the precious hereditary bestowed upon it...

New Launch: Heesen 47-meter "Mon Plaisir"
A few weeks earlier then scheduled, the Heesen Yachts organization welcomed to Oss the Owners to launch the motor yacht “Mon Plaisir”. With a length of 47m this is the second displacement vessel of this size recently built at Heesen. With steel hull and aluminum superstructure, the vessel reaches a maximum speed of 15.5 knot confirmed by the sea trials successfully carried out in the North sea. The Horizon Premier 130+ has also been designed to comply with the MCA LY2 code, which is the most important code for large yacht operation. Broward Launches New 124' RPH "Coco Loco"
Less than 2 weeks into the New Year, Broward Marine launched its second model of the new 120’ motoryacht series. "Coco Loco", the 124’ Raised Pilot House Motor Yacht features full walk-around decks, a hard top and an extended swim platform that neatly stores two personal watercraft in recessed teak covered compartments.
This is the second launch in the new Broward 120 series and just about one year since the launch of the first. The proud owner and his wife joined the management and employees of Broward Marine as they gathered in front of the vessel as she was lowered into the water for a company photo. There was a lot of excitement and congratulations going around with the completion of the yacht nearing.
Broward continues to develop the 120 line and has two 128’ Global models in production and is starting a third in the near future...

Lurssen Launches 230' "Martha Ann"
Lürssen launched in December 2007 Martha Ann, which was known under the project name Shark. She is the sister ship of Apoise (2006) and Saint Nicolas (2007) but other than her predecessors, she has a blue hull, which gives her a more elegant sleek line. "Bystander" Wins SuperYacht Society Award
Fort Lauderdale, USA – During the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show, the luxurious motor yacht Bystander has been awarded Super Yacht of the Year during the International Superyacht Society Design Awards. This 43 metre retro classic yacht, also mother ship of the world famous J-class Velsheda, has been designed by Vripack.
By special request of a businessman, Bystander has been built by the French yard JFA in Concarneau to the styling of Rhodes Young Design from England and the design of Vripack from the Frisian Sneek. Prospect is designed as a seagoing vessel for unrestricted service. The hull construction will be steel, with a light alloy superstructure. The vessel will be twin screw with a bulbous bow. Propulsion will consist of twin diesel engines, each coupled to a controllable pitch propeller (CPP) through a reduction gear. The vessel will also be equipped with a twin high lift rudder plant, one bow thruster and two pairs of stabilizers designed to provide active roll reduction both in underway and at anchor. Perini Navi 50-meter "Vitruvius" Concept
Perini Navi announces the sale of a 50 metre motor yacht. Designed by Vitruvius Ltd., this new project combines the characteristics of the Vitruvius Concept – a new type of yacht created by the French naval architect Philippe Briand – with the features of an Explorer vessel, following the owner’s requirements.
The Vitruvius Explorer 50m will be the first yacht to be built with the Vitruvius Concept and the first motor yacht by Perini Navi under the Picchiotti brand.
