I just came back from the Marina. Here are a few shots of the few vessels down there now. Unknown Yacht Bertram 42 "Lionheart" Trinity's Katharine ISA's Aquamarina
Thanks for the ID Castlerock...she left today. Probably Katharine is preparing to leave as well. They have the covers on the outdoor furiniture now and the cushions are gone.
More pictures of the Katharine and Aquamarina when they were here are available from our apparently resident photographer YachtPictures: http://www.flickr.com/photos/7546885@N08/
New yacht arrived this afternoon at the Port St. Charles Marina. She is at slip 1 currently and looks to be about 135 feet?
The new arrival pictured above is the 127 foot Palmer Johnson, Our Way. Pretty nice looking yacht! Zanzibar is currently at anchor in the Carlilse Bay (off the Hilton) taking in the sights of the Mount Gay/Barbados Yacht Club Regatta from Friday the 30 May to Sunday the 1st of June.
Brunick, the camera is on pause, it did not change from yesterday. It is either down for maintanence or they just do not want you to see at the moment.
New webcams Hi All I thought I would let you know of 2 new webcams that went online http://www.royalwestmoreland.com/webcam.html Regards D
Yes Kevin, that is one of the top courses here in Barbados. Obviously the cams are new because I did not know about them until now. But yea they do not show any yachts at all.
Hi All - yes you are correct - not many yachts on the golf course, however if you go to the top right and select Mullins Beach and in the bottom left you can move the camera for an "out to sea" view.
Mullins Beach is a few miles to the South of Port St. Charles Marina. It is a popular spot where visitors usually go to soak up the sun or take a dip or take in some spirits at the bar. When the season is on here yachts usually pass up and down there to and from the marina or sometimes might lay offshore the beach, I've seen it before.
