So I went taking photos tonight. Here are some shots from right in the middle of town inside the inner Careenage basin of the few small yachts left here that are still around from the finishing of the Classic Transat Paneri Race (Portugal to Barbados). A few shots of "Destination Fox Harb'r Too" in Carlisle Bay as well.

"Spirit" moved from Carlisle Bay to around the Paynes Bay/Sandy Lane Bay area yesterday evening and spent the night, she is still there currently.

Lovely photos Ron thanks!! "Spirit is a absolutely beautiful LE 177... I think she is the only LE 171/77/80 which has got a custom tender (Meyer?) instead of the tender with the retractable roof!

I'm not sure what the tender is but it could well be from yachtwerft meyer. She has another one stored on the bow and they use the steaming mast to put them off or lift them aboard, probably is a mast by Nautical Structures.

That explains why I cannot see her. When yachts go down there they drop off the map because the transponder can't cover there because of the two Pitons mountains block it -the signal strength that is-.

If when she come here she is coming to the Bridgetown Port, she would have to come later because we have 7 cruise ships here today. She could easily go Port St. Charles, well offshore, shouldn't be much of a problem as she was at anchor in Le Marin Martinique for about 4 to 5 days before going to SLU.
