  1. DO THEY REALLY VALUE YOUR PRIVACY?

While browsing online yachting publications you may see windows stating "We Value Your Privacy". If they really value privacy, then why are readers forced to click "Don’t Sell My Personal Information" to proceed? Why is it so important for these magazines and their websites to use tracking technologies that preemptively violate user privacy? As print continues to decline, the last commodity they have is selling user information.

  2. Nobody should be surprised by this conduct. After all, these are the same publications that spent decades diluting their integrity to service advertisers. At YachtForums, we have chosen to actually protect user privacy! We don’t use 3rd party cookies for advertising or profiling purposes. We don't use ad networks or 3rd party advertisers. We don't market your profile to outside services to optimize and target you outside of our forums. Instead, we have native advertisers that value our content and trust in our community.

For 24 years, YachtForums has put privacy FIRST!
