    Intermediate question

What is the "wrong side" of the world, according to the administrator?
I know of North and South, East and West, down under eventually.

Lobster, picnic & dayboats have historically been associated with the New England area. I was simply trying to provide Jeopardy-like clues. I'm sorry for any misunderstanding. The comment was very benign in nature.

A better clue might have been "a crustacean out of it's native waters"

    No problem!

Need a little hint or something?

The New England area "can" be considered the "wrong side of the world" if you find yourself right in the middle of "The Perfect Storm" (i.e. the worst weather experienced by Gloucester, Mass. fishermen in history, and the basis for the movie with the same title).

The boat is an Italian built/designed.... but the tower part remains an original US-built by Pipewelders

... as previously mentioned, its a sportfisherman built in the "wrong side of the world"!

That's the SS Minnow, number 4. It was a prop built by the studio... never actually a real yacht.

That Minnow was an actual yacht that was purchased and towed out to Kauai and used in the beach scenes. Not sure what it is though.

Not a trivia question per say, more just idol curiosity.

    How do you pronounce “OceAnco”

It use to be Ocean Co (I still call them that)
Now they’ve capitalized the A, is it now Oce Anco?

If you look at their logo, the "o" isn't capitalized now. So it would be oceAnco which is at least symetrical. I thought the A capped was in reference to the new owner, Mr. Andropoulous (or however it's spelled, Greek was never my strong point).

This boat is called Luja 55 and was probably shown in 2003. Fitted with twin MAN 1050 hp for 39/32 knots. A one-off then but available in a limited series.

I knew AMG wouldn't let me down on finding the answer...!

that's correct, her semi-custom sereis is called "Blue game" and its sort of an Itlaian built "sport utility boat" mixing sportfishing with a large "tender" concept boat.

    You're up!

    Thanks MedRascal,

I have never seen her in reality, but remember to have seen her in a magazine...

    Next is another picture question;

Name two yachts related to this little picture!
(If you know of one you probably know the other...)

    Good luck!
