And yesterday, this boat was followed by Noah's Ark. Over 8 inches of rain yesterday! Broke a 50 year old record.
Thanks for the great pics! We see the sisterboat to "Government Waste" (!!) in St Thomas quite often, since we're right next to the fuel dock - that's all they ever seem to do - fill 'er up!
Remeber each time they fill up, YOU paid for it!! I second that, keep the pics coming Carl. (What is the longest thread so far?)
The idea behind the Yacht Flocking thread was catch different, unique or interesting boats. That said... this is a picture I NEVER thought I would post! For those who don't know, the intracoastal is not exactly a float-plane friendly place to land or taxi. In my 36 years on South Florida's waters, this is the first time I've ever seen this.
Get a load of this... I'm watching the evening news, 3 hours after I took pictures of the ultralight above... and it turns out he crashed into a tree and broke his leg. According to the news reporter, the plane may have hit an outrigger on a sportfish boat! Should be a story in the Palm Beach Post tomorrow. I'll follow up with a link... <edit> Thanks to YF member CoenHarbour, here's the link... http://www.palmbeachpost.com/localnews/content/local_news/epaper/2006/12/15/1215plane.html
