That kinda' reminds me of the difference between horsepower and torque... HP is how fast you hit the wall... Torque is how far you move the wall.
It didn't seem quite right to post some new pictures to the old thread that OutMyWindow created: http://www.yachtforums.com/threads/just-pulled-in-coal-harbor-marina-part-ii.11053/ I'm hoping that a moderator will move this if it shouldn't be here (or maybe it belongs on the "Oops" thread.) Anyway, we had something wash up on the beach today: I'm guessing that it's one of the sneakaboards that drifted free. It appears that this Peri built yacht "Fusion" has been taking on water in the waters of Ibiza. Yes Ibiza is in the news relating to unfortunate yachting incidences. Here is an internet photo of Fusion with her stern looking rather heavy. Looks like there was a raft launched by the crew and also you can see that the vessel was at anchor when the problem happened.
I can't believe this hasn't been posted yet! I'm in Fiji, and managed to hear about it http://www.***************.com/yach...yacht-bellissima-rescued-in-british-columbia/
Another link: http://www.maritimeherald.com/2016/luxury-motor-yacht-bellissima-ran-aground-in-british-columbia/ I saw it on Instagram this morning while having breakfast, but aside from the two links in this thread can't find a word about it anywhere else.
It's on some of the local news sites: http://bc.ctvnews.ca/multi-million-dollar-yacht-runs-aground-on-sunshine-coast-1.3014099 http://www.castanet.net/news/BC/172360/Mega-yacht-runs-aground http://globalnews.ca/news/2863897/coast-guard-in-process-of-saving-multi-million-dollar-yacht/
