Thanks so much Capt. J, I found the relay, I appreciate your response. Is there anything thing special about removing and replacing the relay off the rail?
I don't think so. If I remember 2 small wires are DC and then there are the AC wires. I would see if you're getting power there.
Capt. j, I have already determined the relay to be bad with a fried diode. I was wondering how does relay come off the rail that it mounted to? Does it unscrew or pull off?
I believe it just snaps off. It's been 10 years since I've touched one of those. I am pretty sure you just pull the bottom of the relay in an outward and then upward motion and it unsnaps.
I own an Azimut 43S. My windlass fuse has tripped, but I cannot locate the circuit breaker. The manual shows the breaker in the DC fuse box, but the breaker is not present in the actual box on the boat. Does anyone know where the windlass circuit breaker is? The boat is a 2007 version. The user manual is dated 2006.
No, but it's a small boat, look up by the windlass and see if the breaker is there, follow the cables if you have to. A lot of times I've seen Azimut put a stand alone swing (lewmar style) breaker for the anchor, near the batteries.
Found it! It was well hidden on righthand side of the circuit breaker box, on the opposite side to the switch you pointet out yesterday.
At least someone labeled it. I’ve seen one manufacturer put a row of dc breakers in the back of the engine room AC breaker box, where you have to swing open the exposed breakers to get to them and no indication they were there and AC breakers in the back of the DC box
Hello All , I need help to find a wiring Diagram of Azimut 68 evolution. If anyone has a diagram could you forward it to me via what’s app or email ? +9607960208 / Issaardh --------------- @ -------------- gmail dot com
I've only just seen this old thread now. It's kinda funny that someone thought to stick a label under a panel which is already clearly labelled in itself, as per the two rows at the top of it.
Actually it makes perfect sense. The same type labels are probably on everything so the eye is used to looking for it. The label on the unit is the same color as the company's name and smaller so may be missed same way you apparently missed seeing it right above the label and below the company name.
I suppose you mean aside from the one on your right when sitting on the internal helm, which you couldn't miss even if you wanted to? IIRC, the only other electrical panel is inside the e/r. I think there are only thermal breakers and no fuses BTW, but I'm not positive on this.
In addition to this, Azimut almost always puts a breaker panel in the closet in each stateroom for that particular stateroom.
Im looking for the panel with all the fuses light, and other units. And spacialy the main box of the raymarin systems
