check this site out, I bought a system off them for my place in the Caribbean (house on ocean) and it works well. Good support on setup or any issues.

Sea recovery are ok but wouldn’t be my choice due to lousy customer service. A few years ago after experiencing our third touch screen failure on a 5 year old unit, I was told sorry we ve upgraded the screen. And you have to replace the main board... and for the new main board to work you need to add a bypass on the HP pump. Total... $5k or so on a 5 year old watermaker. Ridiculous.

I would bet that's a piston pump head off a pressure washer. Nothing wrong with that .

My homemade watermaker is based on a pressure washer pump and with a couple fittings I have an onboard pressure washer.

It's usually the same CAT pump.
