   Would it not be worth going to Marina de Caraballeda, Marina Puerto la Cruz or Margarita Island and try to get some experience on one of the larger yachts there. There used to be a couple of 100/120 footers based around these marinas.
   
   They may be small by today's standards but it would look better on your CV to have some knowledge of working on a yacht.
