Don't feel bad. This is a rare boat! It's a 1967 Sutton, built by Sutton Boat Works in Tarpon Springs, Florida. They built a small number of very nice yachts in the 1960's to 1970's, but they are relatively unheard of now. They also built a few larger yachts. For example, check out the link below. I haven't seen this boat, but it sounds like a good bang for the buck... 100' for less than $600k and it was completely re-fitted in 1999. http://www.**************/core/list...units=Feet&access=Public&listing_id=1364&url=
Seeing its my thread thought I'd jump back in. Trying to keep to big superyachts! Name all the superyachts in the photo, and the mangusta! (MedRascal, try to give the others a chance )
The Mangusta 108?....i spot Wedge Two...i spot The One?...Atlantis 2/Issham ALBaheer(sp)....i don't know any of the others....i tried...
Yep! Those were the easy ones... , so who ever can name the the other two superyachts or the Mangusta can go next... need any clues? assume you know MedRascal?
Am I allowed in .....? Clockwise: Xarifa, Belgravia, Nou Nou V, The One, Little Saf (the Mangusta 92 - "T/T Lady Moura"), Wedge Too, Sokar, Atlantis II, Cappela C... and Tuiga (the wooden sailboat on the bottom right)
Wow, I must remeber not to show any more photos of Monaco and St Tropez, as its just to easy for you! I was waiting for someone to realise that was the tender for Lady Moura! Well done! MedRascal Your turn,
Wow!!! Well done MedRascal, It is the 60 Profile, bulit in italy, owner of the company is the italian designer Alberto mercatti. I was construction supervisor for this hull #2 for a Miami based owner. I think it sank a year or so afer delivery? Boat was fast and solid as a rock.
Thanks MedRascal, it wasn´t too hard if you have ever been to Cannes... This yacht was also seen in that area in the late 80:s, today under another name more often seen in the eastern Med. Launch name and yard please!
Yes indeed, with her typical flag she was easy to recognize and in fact one of the first large charter-yachts, with a lot of water-toys that was launched from her stern hatch. You are next!
Delta Marine Andrea length: 126' beam: 28' draft 10' engines: 2 x CAT 3408 B material: Composite delivery: 2003
Delta’s 126’ Andrea was a significant boat. She was the first Lloyd's Register class yacht to be built in the U.S., in addition to meeting international standards for severe wind and roll control. She’s literally a yacht that can be slapped on the side by a tsunami and remain upright. Just thought I would add this little bit of trivia. Brandon, you’re up.
