   NEVER dock in trolling mode. Delay is very unpredictable, thrust is very unpredictable, and etc. Learn to bump them in and out of gear. You usually have to take it out of gear, before you hear/feel it go into gear to bump them.

   Never used the valves. Quickly bump in & out of gear.
