    I would hope just a heavy hand produced the results in the pic.

    Nothing a little elbow grease could not cure at the dock, as per the latter pics.

    Only mentioned because thought it ironic that some want to modernize the tagline, yet Garcon is a recent launch, so to speak.

    I think I have notices some USCG hulls with that same exhaust wash pre-painted black. Almost like War-Hawk eyes painted adminships.
