Steel, Aluminum, and Fiberglass

They all wear out sooner or later, what you want is a material that makes you feel safe, is proven under the conditions you will operate in, and after that it's real simple, why complicate it with what if's, and whreas..etc etc the perfect marine construction material has not yet been invented, so, get on with life and enjoy. All those steel, f/g and Al. boats will do OK in the long run..
