We did my 12v92's (just 2(ea) 6v92's inline) in the boat and I have no access hatches over the engines and minimal overhead clearance. We removed turbos, blowers and all gingerbread above the heads. Pulled the heads then uncoupled prop shaft and jacked engine up using motor mount locations and blocked it up. This gave us enough room to remove the oil pan and get someone under to work rod and main bearings. My boat has 2 piece oil pans so you can remove lower section then upper section. And I don't have same hull as you but perhaps this info helps some in your consideration. The mechanic I used said he does most of the rebuilds in other boats the same way we did mine as it far easier than pulling the block from the boat. The heaviest most difficult thing we had to deal with was the outboard exhaust manifolds and yours are half the weight as mine.
