ALthough itz a great idea - here's a source of top-quality/low dollar burgees:

NO doubt - she could be convinced to produce whatever we come up with Logo-wise; but until then - best shot for the money.
    Cheers!

Thanks, Eric. Long time no see, man. Thought you mighta hit a buoy and gone down for the count or something.

Oh...wait...you have a Roamer, so you're OK against the killer buoys. lol

Anyway, I emailed Pamela (aka flag chick), who said a pennant in the following style with the Roamer logo below would run $50 each w/blue background and white lettering. She said she's done one like that before. Apparently, she was tasked with recreating an original from the olden days.

    Is that printed or sewn?

She says hand-sewn. You can read all about it at her ebay store in the link Eric provided above.

Well, $50 is quite a bit higher than I usually pay ($36.00 or less) from flag chick.
She does however produce the finest (double-backed) nylon, hand-sewn burgees that I've run across.
Sooo,..., am thinking that a production run of whatever design you guys come up with should cost about the same, no?
They do say there is a depression on afterall
    Cheers!

Did your $36 include shipping? $50 gets it delivered, for what that's worth.
But if you're a long-time customer, get on in there and haggle! Maybe we can knock her price down by sheer force of numbers! lol

Oh, and she's talking about doing the "Chris Craft" in red lettering and the Roamer part in white, on a blue background. Were the flags you got a simpler design maybe???

I think the "other" club's burgee cost them $ 45 for one sided sewn. but they wait for a mass order.

    Two sided good!

I don't think we would be happy with a one sided burgee. The price seems fair for two sides and shipping.

I agree. But looks like two sided is 63 from her site.

    Deal!

Hand sewn-double sided, that's alot of detail work - I'd pay the price.
I really like the Roamer overlay too.

Pamela says $50 is for single-sided. I'll let you know when I hear what double-sided would be.

The Only one I have at this time is on my websight at www.shefveland.com
it's on the top left. I had it made from the origanal that I had from my 1st roamer.
