Post Yacht 2012 Summer Rendezvous

John, Libby and all members of your family. Thank you so much for the excellant Post Rendezvous you staged this past weekend. Dotty and I had a super time and it was fun taking the tour and seeing your plan for Post Yachts in action. We look forward to visiting y'all at Worton Creek to see the result of your work.

I found some pictures of the rendezvous on the Worton Creek face book page.

The weather was pretty good, a little rainy but cool and comfortable compared to the last few weeks of 95* F + .

John and his crew really went out of their way to make a great get together for all of us Post owners.

The food was great, the venders were interesting, and the company was fun.

Thank you John for your hospitality we had a great time.

Perhaps a new new thread "2012 pictures/comments ..." ? Then a similar thread for upcoming years, just a thought.

I would also like to thank John and Libby and Family for a great 2012 Rendezvous. Their crew did an outstanding job. Great to meet all you Post owners at Worton Creek Marina (new home for Post). I think John will post pic's on the Post web site. Our trip to Worton Creek was great. Down the Hudson to Cape May, up the Del Bay, through the CD canal and down the CB.
Boat ran great, burned up alot of old fuel and new fuel. Round trip hours 33. Actual running hours inlet to inlet 22 hrs. The other hrs were visting a friend in LBI and running the skinny water of Barnegat Bay to his home. Hope to see more of the Northern Post's at the next Rendezvous. It was very nice to see the other Post owners and what they did to their boats. Alot of wonderful changes. and thank you for the blind holder bracket. It was also nice to see Ken Jenson again he is truly a wonderful person.
