It' not a dificultad process or project, but it is a frágile one.

First you have to take the riels of the three piece Windows, then on Fiber glass make an interior frame, we make it about 1-2 inch, after That make a model of the Windows to fabricate the laminated glass.
Once you have the frame and the window we used "uretano" in spanish (dont know the word in english) to fix the glass.
The most important step is the model of the Window, we had to cut a little bit of the Finder glasés on a corner to fit .

Ya gotta remember, it's in my name AND,,, I am the master. What a fine JOB...
    Great head also.

The instructions on the bulkhead are not international standard. "Spose to have one of those cartoon figures showing how it's done (the flushing).

You Post kids and projects are always a step a-- head.

And that reminds me to get pictures of the spray railed Post next to me. Uh Oh. Forgot about that. More this weekend.

This is a cool idea for the area behind the helm seat.

I have been inspired by some of the great projects that are posted in this forum. Here are a few of the simple ones I completed on my 82 42' over the past few years. I removed the side cabinet from the helm and moved the passenger seat forward. When I had a new enclosure made I removed the tinted visor and all wood from the flybridge.
