Yesterday was splash day after the long winter. I'm really happy with the way the paint job turned out. At the last minute we also decided to improve the fairing where the struts attach to the hull. Launch Day.jpg Running Gear.jpg Slip With Sun.jpg

The revised waterline at the bow also came out good. This is with about 1/2 fuel and 1/2 water. It's about 3" reveal on the A/F. Obviously will be less when full. There was close to 12" or more previously. New Water Line.jpg

That stands to reason, the boat looks like she's ready to enter a boat show!
    Congratulations for an outstanding job.

It just seems that the port rudder has a few signs of pitting, but it's impossible to tell for sure from the photo.
I guess you surely know if that's what it is or not, anyhow.

No pitting on the rudders. Must just be in the photo, not sure what you are seeing. Did a full NDT of the rudders and rudder/post welds not long ago. Did full weld repairs on any indications whatsoever. I decided to take the paint off the rudders this year so perhaps you're seeing a spot or something where paint remains in a scratch or something similar.
