Are you hearing the survey recommendations? I ask only because you haven't acknowledged them. You followed up saying how the engines were recent and the boat was solid so it sounded much like you were comfortable making those determinations yourself.

If she's the Pace I remember being rebuilt at Tidewater, she may be indeed worthwhile. I until recently owned and repaired wood boats, I love them, but I am too old and beat up and surrendered to glass last year. Get the survey.
