Nope, buddy i dont know what is wrong with it. I do not think it is the batteries. Anyhow....
There is nothing too spectacular going on with her at this point in time...She just had one of her Port garage doors and deployed two excursion tenders. One is tied to the bathing platform and the other one was running around in the harbour but was taken back up and is now back in the garage. Some of the crew might have been playing basketball on the heli pad becase the hoop is in the lowered down position.

Ocotopus has mysteriously disappeared from the Bridgetown harbour. I can't help you with where she is gone. Probably went early in the morning. Mabybe this might be the last time we see of her in Barbados for a while.

Time to update this thread... The Lurssen Octopus just sailed into the Bridgetown Port. She is currently manouvering to berth. I snapped one shot so far from my house...Mind you I am near 4 KM from the Port and the shot still came out pretty good at full zoom.

Hi Yachtluver nice to see you again. Great shot of Octopus. Unbeleivable to think you are 4km's away. Gosh almost 12 months to the day since she departed...... Got any more up to the minute pics???

Hey there, yes, it has been a while since she was here but she is back. I do not have any more up to date shots, I have to buy some batteries and then take some more providing she is still here. But my view from outside my house is spectakular. I have a beautiful view of the port so I see anything that comes and goes. Wish I had the same view of the PSC Marina.

She was here for nearly a month .Unfortunatly could not get a good picture for security reasons. She went out last week bound for god knows where.
I could see the blue bow from up where we stay but too far for a decent shot.

Isn't the owner of Octopus from Sweden? I heard it somewhere, but I forgot where.... Better ask the experts!

Yes, she belongs to Mr. A. He also owns the toy carrier m/y Tatoosh and the Meduse.

Oh and I forgot to report that Octopus departed offshore the Port St. Charles Marina on the 30th of Sept I think It was. She was spotted in Bermuda since then.

That sub looks very familiar. I think I saw it back in a magazine quite a few years ago. Does anyone know who built it or is just a custom sub?
