I love the 110-meter DP017 by Tim Heywood in their future Projects. That is stunning...looking like a combination between "Pelorus" and "Carinthia VII".

Oceanco's owner states in an interview that they have sold "about five yachts" in the past year. Maybe he means including Y710 and PA164? Or even Y708?

Apparently Y708 is for sale, asking price on application:

    Dutch Mega Yachts

Would be interesting to compare Y708's asking price to those of Anastasia (125 million euros) and Nirvana (230 million euros)

Well I believe Nirvana is grossly overpriced. Alfa Nero was offered for €115 million and that was probably more realistic. I believe I read on here a while ago that the build price of an 85m Oceanco is about €180 million (I'll adjust this if I can find the post).

Y708 seems to be a very interesting project to me. At first, everything was available, interior renders, layouts, and more. Then, the whole yacht was taken off of Oceanco's website and now it's offered for sale. It just seems somewhat strange to me.

Actually I was referring to the post linked below but if you average the cost, it works out to be about the same. But if he is referencing the recent 110m and 108m yachts sold (in regards to the five yachts recently sold in the article), then the costs for the smaller ones will probably be lower.

    http://www.yachtforums.com/forums/oceanco-yacht/7719-82m-oceanco-alfa-nero-2.html

Also, I believe the new 110m order was in the 4200 gross ton range. Isn't that a bit low for the size? Dilibar and Radiant, for example, are over 5000 a piece and I don't feel that they are very volumeous. Vava II is also just shy of 4000 at 96m and isn't a high volume yacht either.

Lastly, is this a real listing? It almost seems illegitimate to me.

Judging by their site they seem legitimate and real brokers.

They have changed their listing for this yacht, names of designers have been removed, and delivery is now stated for 2016, instead of the earlier listed 2012.
(Also somewhat strange, as Oceanco in contrast to Amels for example, does not build semi-custom. All yachts delivered in the past years were unique, although with some technical similarities).

Yea, I saw the change making it seem more like a placeholder for a new build. Well, Oceanco uses the same hull for all the Y-series yachts.

How many people on the planet -- that are even interested in yachting -- can swing that, then the, what, $2MM+/mo. to keep it in the water.
