There were more photos available on the ISS brochure.

I think one of the best photos of her so far! "Sunrays" while the sun is going down. I never recognized the fold-out balconies at the owners stateroom...nice to discover new things when you think have seen everything.

BTW the shadow boat is the 52ft. "SR Blackbird" designed by Dubois and built by scandinavian boat builder Windy. In case you did not know.

If I am not mistakened one of those Blackbird tenders went to a pretty large sail yacht, I can't remember if it is "Agalia" or not.

    You're right, Aglaia has a SR52 Blackbird and a smaller Castoldi 23.

Thanks for the clarification for everyone. Those Blackbirds are pretty interesting. Are they as high-performance as the official video suggests?

Interesting the reg number of Sunray's helicopter. N145SR...you could never forget that. Since it is an EC145 and the initials of the yacht and registered in the states.

I never knew she was for charter but the photos appear to be from the ISS pdf from back when she was launched.

I never knew she was for charter either. However, the interior is pretty nice and looks good. Perhaps one of the best interior of any yachts out there.

"Sunrays" could be in some trouble if the reports are that her owners have to pay 200 million dollars in money that NY-based hedge fund company Davidson Kempner is looking to recoup from the owners. The yacht could be seized if the court-ordered money isn't paid. Apparently the owners, who run the Essar Steel Minnesota company were provided a loan of 450 million dollars via a number of big-name companies and banks. The creditors suggest they are owed 172 million plus interest and thus the court ordered the Essar Group to pay 200 million. At this point Sunrays has not been ordered seized.

Interesting! If she gets seized I hope its not for long. As far as I know there are three yachts that have been seized or are in trouble of getting seized.

And what are those other yachts? I know "Ebony Shine" was one, "Force Blue" was another that comes to mind.

Oh yes I forgot those. Natita yacht was reposed by Goldman Sachs and have apparently sold it already. I'm not sure if it has been taken away or not but I think Equanimity was going to be taken away from the owners.

Natita is still for sale. I haven’t heard of the Equanimity story.

Yes, "Equanimity" was at the center of 4.5 billion dollars the DoJ was trying to recoup. I am not certain if she was actually seized.
