50-meter Motoryacht "Bow Sprit" Starts Build At Vittoria Yachts​

Italian builder Vittoria Shipyard has been around for a long time and we know them for constructing commercial vessels and security/naval platforms for various agencies throughout the Mediterranean region. Yacht building though is a relatively recent addition to their portfolio...in fact they are only now starting construction on their first yacht, a 50-meter vessel called "Bow Sprit" according to the renderings below. Unsure if this will eventually be the name at christening.

The yacht had its keel laid and now construction is on and moving apace for an anticipated completion in 2023. From the renderings we can see why the project is called 'Bow Sprit'..as the bow actually features a sprit. Sergio Cutolo is the name behind the exterior lines of this new vessel. At around 500GT Bow Sprit will be able to sleep as many as twelve (12) guests in up to six (6) cabins although there could be a five (5) cabin layout if the owner wanted this.

Exterior deck space is not in short supply onboard this vessel. Guests can look forward to not one but two pools onboard. The main pool is on the aft main deck while the second pool is on the aft sun deck. It appears the main pool can be covered when not needed or in use. With a vast aft main deck and continuing to the transom with gently cascading wide steps you can layout as many sun loungers as you want. Folding bulwarks create the illusion of even more space as increase the views from the aft main deck. Top speed is anticipated with the two MTU 16V 2000 M61s to be 16-knots. Economical distance cruise at 10-knots should yield a 6,000 nautical mile range.
