Sunseeker 133 Design Appears At Cannes Yachting Festival

Another new model has made an appearance at this year's Cannes Yachting Festival. British yacht manufacturer Sunseeker Yachts unveiled the Sunseeker 133 to the world. The styling will appear very familiar to followers of Sunseeker but one facet of the design to note is that it has a near-vertical bow on the semi-displacement full-form.

Sunseeker has added a large pool to the foredeck which will only see use while at anchor. That pool when empty can host one of the yacht's tenders if an owner went with that option and of course a davit would accompany this setup. If they did not want this, then the tender would be stored in the transom. However, it appears more appealing to have this space fitted out as a small beach club.

The Sunseeker 133 might sound pretty close in size as the in-production Sunseeker 131 model but the yard suggests the 133 is 27 percent more spacious with a GT of 448. With a pair of MTU 16V diesels along with a hybrid setup, this yacht can roam for 3,500 nautical miles if dialed back. Let her open and the top-end should be 24-knots. The owner can also choose from smaller 12V MTUs as an option if they wish.
