  1. Miami International Boat Show Debut For OA 28E
Ocean Alexander debuted the 28E (Explorer) to the world at the Sanctuary Cove Show in Australia back in May 2022. It probably could have made its debut earlier than that but the first hull was lost when it was supposed to debut in 2021. The second hull is what debuted at Sanctuary Cove and the third hull made its debut at FLIBS 2022. The latest hull is now expected to make its debut at the Discover Boating Miami International Boat Show next month.
  2. If you are planning on attending the show, stay tuned to the Miami Boat Show website to see where exactly the Ocean Alexander 28E is slated to be exhibited. Herald Plaza is said to have powerboats, motor yachts 30' to 125', yacht tenders, engines, marine accessories, and retail pavilions. The show is expected to run from the 15th to the 19th of February opening at 10am each day. The OA 28E is powered by a pair of MAN V12 engines that should allow it to reach a top speed of nearly 20-knots. At 7-knots continuously, the range can be extended to around 2,000 nautical miles.
  3. With glass playing a huge role in the design, Evan K Marshall made sure that all of the 163 GT worth of interior volume onboard is well catered for. A sense of space and luxury is created with light-filled interiors via the expanses of glass. Oak timbers unperpin the interior with two main themes available, ‘Novus Mist’ and 'Novus Dusk'. Regardless of which is chosen the design language oozes luxury with Poltrona Frau soft cushioning. The 28E can accommodate 10 guests in 5 cabins with the master suite being full beam on the forward main deck. The other four guest cabins are on the lower deck.
