News: Gunboat GB80 Flagship

The last article YF produced on Gunboat was regarding their GB68 which was a specimen called "Break Free" when it launched back in 2022. At the time the yard was working on their new flagship, the GB80. Both hull 8001 and 8002 were in different stages of construction. The first Gunboat 80 is expected to splash for this Summer. The yard has had its hands full with the splashing of the 6806 as well as 7201.

While the first GB72 is a massive boat the first GB80 is going to be colossal. It is their largest endeavour yet and set to be the flagship of the yard once it launches this Summer. The dimensions are 23.95-meters overall length with a 10-meter beam. Draft is between 1.5 to 1.7-meters with the boards up and with the boards down it is approximately 4.6-meters. Although it is a sailing vessel it still has capacity to store two 700L tanks for fuel...One in each hull.
