Renders Reveal Interior of First Sunseeker 161

The first large metal yacht for Sunseeker, the Sunseeker 161 was announced at the 2018 Monaco Yacht Show and since then was sold to its new owner. Some interior renderings have also now been released giving a glimpse into how the internal spaces will appear when completed in 2022. Design Unlimited is responsible for the interior of the first 161.

The interior will be accommodating as many as twelve guests, however as the interior is customizable to the owner, the accommodation layout can change depending on what the owner wants -like 10 guests in 5 cabins etc-. By default it is expected the master suite will be located in the forward main deck position and below you can see what the full-beam space should look like in the end. Floor-to-ceiling windows on either side pour natural light into the space and offer spectacular views from this private enclave.

It appears that Sunseeker has partnered with Icon Yachts to build these new metal yachts. Icon CEO Jen Wartena said, "We are combining both of our strengths; our capacity and metal yacht building capabilities with Sunseeker’s sales expertise and marketing power". The aluminum 49-meter Sunseeker 161 is expected to be delivered to her owner by September 2022.
