New Models Unveiled By Crescent Yachts At FLIBS

The Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show (FLIBS) is off and running for this year and Crescent Yachts used the opening day to unveil two new models that they have been silently working on. The yachts models are called the Crescent 117 Fast Pilothouse and the 110 Fast Pilothouse. They do not have owners yet but they are under construction already based on the hope that buyers would step forward with purchases down the line.

While the exterior is a bit different for what we are accustomed to from Crescent Yachts the overall package appears to take design cues from other models by another North American builder. The exterior lines are by Gregory C. Marshall. In fact the interior is also by this designer. If you are at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show (FLIBS) you can swing by the Crescent Yachts booth and see display models of these two new designs.

The Crescent 117 is under construction and should launch sometime in 2019 with Northrop & Johnson tasked with making the sale. The 110 is expected to be completed in 2020 with NJ also having it on their portfolio. Both models will carry their tenders on the aft sun deck and it appears the larger of the two models will have a jacuzzi on the sundeck just at the aft end of the hardtop. Both offer seating on the bow for al-fresco time on anchor or even underway. Greg Marshall suggests the 117 will top out near 30-knots and have a fast cruising speed of around 24 or 25-knots.
