A new design has emerged from Codecasa. It is for a 58-meter superyacht which has started construction on spec. It is under construction as C.127 and is naturally available for sale with a delivery time period in 2023. The design of the steel hull and aluminium superstructure superyacht is done in-house by Codecasa and there is a collaboration with M2 Atelier. The design appears to be slightly moving away from what we normally see from this yard showcasing a plumb bow on a fast displacement hull.

The interior is where the looks really deviate. With the yacht being built on spec at this stage the interior has to be both eye-catching but still neutral enough to have a broader appeal to most potential buyers. The palette used is clearly earthy and neutral with a soft feel. Many of the elements in the interior can be altered to suit the needs of a new customer.

Accommodation is set up for twelve (12) in six (6) cabins with the master suite on the forward main deck and the other five cabins on the lower deck. Crew accommodations will also be located on the lower deck towards the forward part of the hull.

Initial expectations on her performance data suggest that this C.127 will be able to attain a 21-knot top speed, which is remarkable for a yacht this size. A pair of CAT 3516E 2525 engines will be producing that power but when needed her range expanding 12-knot speeds are calculated to offer over 6,000 nautical miles. Other features onboard include a pool on the forward sundeck which is sunken into the deck and fronted by a curved glass edge. A stern beach is also incorporated into the design. A lift accesses all decks for guests to easily traverse the vessel. It appears as there is a small touch-and-go helipad on the bow as well. Look forward to this build completing -hopefully with an owner- in 2023.
