Bering Yachts is presently working on their largest built to date, the Bering 145. The yacht is being constructed for an experienced customer involved in the process. With Naval Architecture and design being done in house the steel hulled displacement yacht is a true Bering project. Construction is expected to last through to 2022.

With a hybrid propulsion system the Bering 145 is pegged to reach a 15-knot top speed by allow for a 4,000+ nautical mile range easily at conservative speeds. It is fitting that the largest expedition yacht from this builder still be able to have proper Ocean-crossing range. She will also be able to carry multiple tenders and toys on her upper aft deck which are to be supported by a dedicated crane. The space still leaves room for an al-fresco dining region forward of the tender storage.

Despite her expedition appearance, this yacht will have all the luxury trappings and high-end creature comforts of any luxury superyacht. Accommodation will cater to twelve guests with five cabins being on the lower deck and a full-beam master suite on the forward main deck position. Crew will be slept on the forward lower deck with their own mess area. On the other end of the hull there will be a beach club facility for guests to utilize during their leisure activities.
