Moonen launches the Moonen 100 explorer yacht​

Dutch yacht builder Moonen Shipyards just launched their latest yacht, the long-distance explorer Moonen 100. The design wraps around a robust expedition-style vessel that also benefits from exceptionally smooth lines. Combining major fuel efficiencies with comprehensive live-aboard facilities, so this compact Explorer will allow her owners – who are extensively involved in the build - to truly travel the world in exceptional comfort.

She is designed pretty much all-round by Vripack Naval Architects. The 30.48-meter displacement expedition yacht was built with a steel hull and aluminum superstructure. Guests will be slept in three sizable cabins on the lower deck. Top speed of the Moonen 100 should be in the region of 13-knots with her twin 600HP CAT C18 engines. She will be delivered for the coming season.
