    1-Yes, or more than double.
    2-adapter from the iPad to HDMI or VGA available and it does work quite well
    3-Wifi transfer works.
    4- WiFi printing works.
    5- Yes, PITA!

    My experience between Android and iOS is limited to iPhone vs android phone and even if the iOS device was 3 times the price, I d still go for it

    I find the android interface to be like Windows 3.0 vs Vista...

    You sure can print from an iOS device, wirelessly...

    Being able to send music, pictures or video to a tv or stereo thru air play (with a $99 apple tv) is great... No cables no adapter

    Right now I m typing this on my iPhone, while streaming a great 80s radio station which is sent by airplay to outdoor speakers while working on the boat. I still have to get up and get that charter contract i printed wirelessly ... Darn.

    And the same pocket size device can be used as a backup plotter I the tender or to quickly look up distances and marinas
