Now, just because you don't agree with what I wrote, doesn't make it wrong and I'm quite familiar with debate and analysis. I pointed out to you the reason one might not discriminate but still end up with an unbalanced crew.

I simply said also which drew your insult, that I don't know what one faces in hiring yacht crew elsewhere in the world. I don't know what candidates one has. You're certainly far more free to hire from other countries where as in being US flagged and located, I don't have that same freedom. We all hire from the employment pool we have available. There are groups I'd like to hire from, but have no candidates.
