Funny thing about some tuna charters, most of the time its the captain's fish not the charters unless you agree differently before hand.
Even if there were 9600 usable, first rate one ounce pieces of tuna that the restauranteur was able to sell for over $300 per ounce, he would still just barely be paying for the tuna without any profit. These numbers just don't work.
