Limo tender to a 55-meter Heesen... http://www.***********/portfolio/6065-tender-to-heesen-55m.htm?steID=1&itmID=2772
Great new tender by Windy Boats This is a great tender designed by Ed Dubois and buildt by the Norwegian company Windy boats. It is to be more of a shadow boat to a 243ft sailyacht beeing buildt in Holland. http://windy.no/pressrelease_0110.html
...but no, Fjords are a little more distinctive to me in their design element. However, I can see vaguely where you are coming from Lars.
Check out the new Novurania 23' chase tender if you haven't seen it before...Apparently the one they show there belongs to "Mary Jean II", the new 60-meter ISA. http://www.novurania.com/TenderChase/23gallery.html
Pascoe international also made the 6.2-meter shuttle tender for the just-launched "Marie". And back in April they delivered thier first ever Cabon made Shuttle tender to the "Rahal". "Pascoe launched their first superlight carbon 6.0m shuttle with a Honda F150 four-stoke outboard, weighing only 840kg. In addition to the vacuum moulded hull and deck, the detail of the tender included a number of special ‘add-ons’ such as a clear-coated carbon finish to the console and custom made outboard cover, fly-by-wire controls, custom sound system, tender tracking, embroidered upholstery, dyneema self stowing lifting strops, folding bow canopy etc" http://www.pascoeinternational.com
I'm guessing this is the new tender to the brand new 55-meter "Quinta Essentia" www.***********/portfolio/6065-tender-to-heesen-55m.htm?steID=1&itmID=2772
Does anybody have information of the massive tenders onboard "Katara" especially the semi/Limo shuttle...Dimensions etc. This one is what I mean...
I'm watching a show on Van Dam boats on HD Theater channel Direct TV. I like the old school craftsmanship of the wood. Add modern epoxy materials and shaping of hulls, get some modern lines that blend well. Since they are wood and therefore custom, you can get pretty much size dimensions to fit your yachts boat deck or tender garage. Found a picture in another thread on this site. http://www.yachtforums.com/forums/a...van-dam-wood-craft-4alphaz-1.jpg?d=1184520595
There are some new tender photos at Vaudrey Miller's website. I won't post it because I don't know if it's allowed, but it's easy reachable with a quick internet search. To give some details, there are photos of Eclipse's catamaran and sport tender, the main tenders of Pacific and A's striking sport tender (a new one which apparently replaced the Pascoe tender). They made a nice video shoot of this last one.
Here is the brand tenders to "Reborn" (Amels) that she got after her long refit. They are two Tenderlux 650 units stored on the bow. http://www.naumatec.it/Tenderlux_650_eng.htm
Heesen's "Satori" gets a 7.0-meter shuttle from Pascoe International. She is all white just like the one pictured below.
