    The Ft. Lauderdale show at the end of October is a good one. They usually have quite a few boats over 100', some new and some used.

    You did say you would travel internationally if it was a must...Well there will be the Monaco Yacht Show (MYS) in Monaco in coming on to the end of September this year. However, the FLIBS is the best option for you within the US. Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show (FLIBS)

    Hello Dominique,
    Nice to meet you.

    Currently I am not aware of any yacht shows that will be taking
    place within the United States; however, there is a yacht show
    charter held each year in my island; Antigua.
    Going on its 49th year; this event dubbed, "The Antigua Yacht Show Charter" is one of the most prestigious and plays hosts to scores of sophisticated yet luxurious yachts from across the globe.

    for further info, here is a link to its main page.

    All the best with your purchase,
    hope its an investment you'll cherish

    regards
    Wadadli!!

    Hi Wadadli,

    In my late Aunt's belongings, when she passed away last year in Parham, we found a Charter brochure from Nicholsons printed in about 1964/5.

    2 weeks charter on a 100' boat, flights from US or Canada all in for $635 per person.

    I'll try and get it scanned and post it, tings have moved on some since then! :)

    "A rare visit, but much appreciated"

    It is very seldom that you would see a mega yacht visiting a Caribbean port at this time of the year, which is why we are fortunate and greatfulto have with us today the lovely Triple 7.
    Arriving from Panama; she stop over in Antigua, to take on oil and to take on crew members before departing to Spain tomorrow.

    Triple 7 is currently docked in the St John's Harbour, at the cruise ship
    terminal

    And Yea- the Yachting season is back in full swing; unfortunately, I don't have with me any photos thus far to provide for you guys. However, there are quite a number of yachts in the harbour- some lingering from the recent yacht show, and when I get the opportunity I'll definitely snap a fews shots.

    Present;
    Maltese Falcon
    Princess Mariana
    Siren
    Skat
    Mirabella V

    jus to name a few...........

    I have been looking for the webcam on the Coast's Restaurant and Bar website and I am not seeing any, unless I am loking the wrong place. Where did you get the webcam grab from Wadadli?

    You won't find it there, I would usually go on cruise ship calendar to locate it;
    however, here is the link.......

    Not Living in Antigua now, so the frequent posting of pictures and updating of yachts in port won't exist like before lol

    However I have a few photos from when I was there December.

    Tell Air to come down to Barbados :) unfortunately those yachts won't leave ANU and St. Barths until after Old Years/New Years.
