    Ok so I went on a yacht spotting spree today; first stop was Falmouth Harbour!

    Not really. If you finish a building, put a roof on it, you have to pay property tax on it. If it remains unfinished, no roof fitted, no tax paid. Many local buildings thus look half done.

    Stupid, but thems' the rules. :(
