    Ports need to tighten security and restrict access to stop these vandals getting access and causing damage.

    I don't understand a lot of things in this world. I do understand why I don't understand some of things (physics and rocket science type things )and I'm O K with that.
    It's the simple things like why these people are not in jail that really confuse the heck out of me. Can I go and damage/deface their property?

    It is supposed to be a restricted area guarded by security guards...
    Here's what the official site says:

    And what do the guards do? Help them carry the paint in?
    They are not arresting or beating them with a stick or pouring paint over them....

    Spent the winter there, the fences are a joke, especially in the area where RS was.
    Several incidents of people jumping the fence.
    Nothing they can do, as the state mandates the fence size/height
