Couldn't agree more, a great looking yacht. Thanks for the update!
Tatiana / Golden Odyssey on the move
Project "Tatiana" in Floating dock 3 after sea trials
That looks like a planned dry docking as part of the final works to me. I drove by the dock on Thursday afternoon and it was already submerged, empty and ready for the docking.
Tatiana / Golden Odyssey is showing her final name
Golden Odyssey looks ready to leave. All works seem to be finished, all protective covers removed, all safety items installed, even the sun umbrellas are up. A very nice looking yacht, I must say.
Full name and badge are shown
SOLAS life boats and SOLAS rescue boat(s) are in place
On her stern platform, the very unique passerelle arrangement is visible
And last but not least one more example of quality boat building from the Weser River
A bunch of drunken and retired old seaman on a day tour on the Weser River with an retired fire fighting boat bawling Shanties. "Fifteen men on a dead man's chest, Yo ho ho and a bottle of rum..........."
Very nice pics! Appreciate the posting HTM09
Bird view from my quadrokopter
She's a well-balanced design.
Made also a small video. My first try of filming a yacht
Looks like there is a large pool on the aft upper deck, a very nice feature.
She has been delivered and apparently en route to Gibraltar.
DiFoo captures Golden Odyssey on 10.22.2015 in the fog on the river Weser height Brake Unterweser to Gibraltar.
Yeah I saw it... pity outside didn't have any better weather to showcase this beautiful yacht in.
Here she is returning to Lurssen for her first -that I know of- maintenance period since delivery.
"Golden Odyssey" while in Montenegro.
Looks like "Golden Odyssey" is going to be sold privately for EUR 150,000,000. They owner appears not to have paid an outstanding loan and the vessel was arrested.
...and after that news she has now turned up in Gibraltar... another relatively rare sighting in these waters.
Another one with her alongside in Gibraltar.
It is pretty hard to believe, that a member of the Royal Saudi Family is suppost to be unable to pay back a loan. If so, he must have fallen from grace .
