    You're high end motorhome will last longer than anything that resides in sea water for any length of time. The resale is also higher. Biggest killer of engines is sea water. I can buy a condo on the beach in the Sea of Cortes far cheaper than a good size Viking, and I won't have to keep looking over my shoulder or watching the go-pro camera in a marina every couple of seconds.

    Nothing wrong with Ensenada - mostly safe from the cartels, but a long way from Cabo and great fishing.
