I Cruised over to Lady Iris this morning, at Port de Plaisance and spoke with the Captain, YES it IS the Burger mentioned in the article linked above. She was finished in 1991 and "heavily" customized.

    OK, Gotcha.
That's probably why not a lot of people have heard of Lady Iris, she was left unfinished when the previous owners of Burger shut down the plant, eventually finished and "heavily" customized.
I wonder if it would be posible to see a few more pics of her. Thanks Neil.

I WISH I WAS THERE RIGHT NOW, i'm getting gale force winds here in Long Beach, already had 1 35' sailboat blown onto the rocks, they called vessel assist reporting engine problems, VA told them, you got sails, use them, in 40+ knots of wind, ur weekend warrior sailor noramally cannot handle winds this strong, they ended up on the rocks with VA pulling them off, they better get a free tow bill for that one.

Neil, if any crew from this fine yacht stumble through your establishment, and their tongues get a waggling on grog, it would be nice to know if she’s ever coming back to her home port of Vancouver or have we lost her forever to the Med/Carib shuffle?

Ya Norbert at SSBB was having the same thing from what I understand. Not sure if it related to your problems as well.
Any more sightings of Maltese Falcon or has she moved on?

nice pic of Harmony, I ran the boat for a year and half, and must say it was one of my favorites. Keep up the good work, it is great to see all the boats in a place where I spent many winters, but lately have not been back down for many years.
I was among some of the first big boats to start basing out of SXM when I worked on Halcyon, some might remember the great dockside cookouts that we started at Port de Plaisance.
Hope to be back down there soon, but for now we live vicarously thru your pics.

So,,, what was your job on Harmony??? Did you ever deal with my cousin Rick that lives in SXM? He's local wrench that does a lot of work on tenders and what ever else.

Harmony was built as "Dare to Dream" for an ex Broward owner, that's why it has the drop down in the sheerline.(very common on old Browards) It makes it easy to spot as it's the only Crescent that was built with that sheer.
