That’s what I though as well, but, there is 4 or 5 Fountain and Cigarette speed boats that I know of, and they are all owned by 20-30 something guys.
I think the 40-50 types buy things with wide tires and a rear engine.
When I was in my 20’s I was saving for a case of beer.

The backwards lid tells me he's probably 30 something. Not a look you see on the mid life crisis crowd is it? In any case the passenger indicates to me that the objective has been achieved.

To me the backwards lid says late 30's early 40's trying to pretend 20 with the augmented post divorce trophy. I watched one like it come in to a local restaurant not long ago and the best the "driver" could do was get his bow near the dock and start throwing lines. But he'd run across the sound at 80 plus.
BTW, OMW what's the name of that park (I'm thinking Sydney?) Beautiful views and photo ops from there.

As they say... Augmented post divorce trophies need love too.

Stanley Park, 1,000 acre urban oasis.
There is a seawall that skirts the ocean perimeter, built specifically for biking & walking. Highly recomended
    (see post 187)

:D OK, back to boats. It looks like they were coming by too fast to get names. Our independence day is this Saturday and I expect the same. Question, if anybody knows, what kind of boat is that in the last shot of post 203? Is it an Elco? Gorgeous.

On that Westport 130, what is the purpose of those "things" in the freeing ports?

I assume it's to prevent precious things from washing overboard during a storm, like toy dogs and other fashion accessories.

Thanks OMW, "Katya" has a really appealing exterior design!
