The design looks really good, but may I make a few suggestions? If you must use people in your designs, either spend the money for really good computer models, or photoshop them in. This is really simple to do and looks more realistic. I would show an example but not too sure how to upload pictures on here. Also, the proprtions seem a little bit off. I know it is a concept and that is all part of the process...fine tuning and such. Also, you might want to tune down the backgrounds. You are trying to sell a yacht, not a background. Put the yacht in more of a natural setting. The chances of selling a design in the middle of a meteor shower as opposed to a calm sea with sunny sky is slim to none! Keep at it.
Ricardo, i still feel your lights are too bright. Can you not have a volume light or an environment that allows for better distribution of light. The Individual lights work well in full views, such as the first image in post #28 but when it comes to smaller details, they tend to glare a lot and then take out a lot of the detail surfacing. Just a co-CAD users opinion.
What program are you using? I am an Industrial Designer and mainly use 3-d Studio Max and some Auto Cad. I do not design yachts for a living, but have done a few concepts. Those have all been done as hand renderings. As far as the lighting is concerned, I agree also that it is too bright in some areas. Maybe you can adjust the Intensity and Color Attenuation. How big of yacht is this? I'd like to see more of your progression on this project.
another view The program is Catia About the light, in fact sometimes she goes out with a little of intensity too strong.
