    Brasso is just pumice and ammonia. You can get a bottle of ammonia and a cheap paint brush and paint it on. You may have to do several times and wash with clean water. You will need to wear a respirator if you are in the engine room because the fumes are not healthy. Ammonia will eat the brush up unless you use a synthetic latex brush.
