I look forward to reporting back to the group about crew issues once I've heard back from Loren (who is away for a couple weeks). There must be more to this than meets the eye, or else Monocle would be known for unhappy crews and owners, which it isn't. Still, on the face of it, CaptJ's numbers make for a busy boat and crew. 10 summer-owners at 14 days plus 3 days in between each = 167 days. Same for winter. This makes 334 days, leaving 31 days each year for 2 boat moves and for maintenance. This seems thin to me. I will find out more and report back.
