He has been on The Learning Channel a few times. A show called "Rides"! Unreal stuff. When he does the Tru-Fire, he doesn't mask off where he wants the fire to be like you would a "Flame" job. He just starts painting...Dark to light and does about 14 layers. The guy has talent like I've never seen.

Rumor says the guy in the gold helicopter that went down the street was a 100 year old guy that took his familiy for a ride to celebrate his birthday.

This happened in Sweden, but with a Lithuanian (ex-Russian) registred chopper.

Sometimes real life is stranger than fiction...

The HydroFoamies are WAY cool! I posted a link to this vid last year, but they weren't into production with the kits yet. As soon as they hit the stores... I'm logging off! ;) :D

A lot of undesirable scenarios come to mind when equipping remote controlled drones with weapons. Contrary to the writer's statement in Defense Review, this isn't the first time this has been done. One of my oldest friends, Mike Mas (the publisher of Rotory) had done this for Lockheed over 20 years ago and there were many variations and evolutions since. Mike and I originally met during this drone development program. On a battlefield, or the backyard, radio control systems (and aircraft) are subject to interference. A number of sources could result in a mishap. The liability is immense.

That's whole different kind of rotory! Might be getting a little off track here, but videos onboard anything going fast is always good. ;)

Just hope they don't start making them in 40 foot versions, the guy who crashed his chopper might want one:eek:
