Thanks Carl- I'll dig around and see what I can find with that name. Interesting / unique looking boat. It's like a melding of an OA, an Offshore, and a Nord. I'll try and reverse engineer this if I can find where Mia Culpa was tied up, and search from there.
Argos 92 Hi, I think I can answer the question regarding post 68. It is the Argos 92 Gulfstream. Hope that helps
Thanks to all for all the fantastic photographs. So many yacht photographs are taken in a manner that give little information as to the true scale of the yacht with relation to other yachts, land based structures and humans; i.e. from a distance, or at sea, or from a helicopter... These photographs taken from the human vantage point on the water really help me to understand the scale of these boats. This may seem trivial, but to a yacht lover based in Northern Alabama (who almost never gets to see one of these beauties in real time), it really enriches the experience. I subscribe to several yachting magazines, and while I enjoy seeing the interiors of yachts, my true interest is in the boat itself; I am always left wishing for more exterior shots that reflect scale and detail of the vessel. Many times magazine layouts consist of only one exterior shot. I always want to see the bow and the stern as a minimum. I am digressing, but you get the point. I really enjoyed this feature last year and you guys have come through again. I only wish this thread could go on for many more pages.
Thanks Carl and Tom. All of the pictures are great. Did not make it down this year ,seeing all the pictures really makes me miss Florida.
Some people are never satisfied. lol Here's Lady Sheridan. Although not in the show, caught her coming in and turning in front of Pier 66 to dock. Where were you guys for the show? Still on that Trinity?
To Bigboatbill and all others, Thanks for the kind words. We're glad we can bring FLIBS to you from a different perspective. The internet and the YF website allow us to keep our content "open ended", where we are not restricted to the size or number of pages. But it does take a lot of time to gather info and photos and edit down to the ones you see here. The feedback also lets us know we are delivering a quality product. I'll drop another on you: Different shot of Northern Lights.
