AB Yachts launch 5th AB116-foot Performance Yacht​

The fifth hull in the 116-foot series from FIPA Group member, AB Yachts was recently launched into the water in Italy. The Marco Arnaboldi exterior is finished in a silver paint with black accents, enhancing the yachts fast appeal. Speaking of fast, this is a performance yacht, made for exhilarating speeds.

Top speed from the latest AB116, is expected to be 50-knots with a 44-knot high cruising speed. These speeds are facilitated by triple MTU 16V 2000 M94 engines connected to waterjets by MJP. The interior provides a safe and welcoming haven even when being propelled at highspeeds. The interior is a mix of cool and warm utilizing bleached Oak and white-wood furniture pieces. If needed, there is an opening roof above the dining saloon area, perfect for those at-anchor situations.

The last AB116 hull delivered was hull number 4. She was christened and delivered as "Ecrider". On hull 5, a couple staterooms exist for guests. There is the obligatory Master Suite for the owner. A VIP and twin guest cabins are also onboard all on the lower deck.
